Organizations
Organizations are the top-level container for all your FeedValue resources.
What is an Organization?
An organization groups your apps, widgets, and team members together. Think of it as your company or team workspace.
Creating an Organization
When you first sign up for FeedValue, you'll be prompted to create an organization. You can also create additional organizations later from the dashboard.
Organization Settings
In your organization settings, you can:
- Rename your organization
- Invite team members with different roles
- Manage billing and subscription
- Configure webhooks for organization-wide events
- View usage statistics across all apps
Team Roles
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access, billing, can delete organization |
| Admin | Manage apps, widgets, team members |
| Member | Create and manage widgets, view feedback |
| Viewer | View feedback only |
Switching Organizations
If you belong to multiple organizations, use the organization switcher in the top navigation to switch between them.
TIP
Each organization has its own billing plan. Upgrade to a higher plan for more responses and features.
