Managing and understanding the feedback you collect.

Viewing Feedback

Access all feedback submissions from your dashboard. Filter by:

  • App: View feedback from a specific app
  • Widget: View feedback from a specific widget
  • Date Range: Filter by submission date
  • Status: Filter by feedback status

Feedback Details

Each feedback submission includes:

  • Content: The user's feedback text
  • AI Category: Automatically categorized as one of: bug_report, feature_request, praise, complaint, question, general
  • AI Sentiment: Automatically detected as positive, neutral, or negative
  • Status: Current status in the workflow
  • Timestamp: When the feedback was submitted
  • Source URL: The page where feedback was submitted
  • Browser/Device: User's browser and device info
  • Custom Data: Any custom fields you configured

Bulk Actions

  • Bulk Status Update: Change status of multiple feedback items at once
  • Bulk Delete: Remove multiple feedback items

View aggregated insights:

  • Submission trends over time
  • Sentiment breakdown
  • Top pages generating feedback
